Ordering Productsطلب المنتجات

• Products are offered subject to availability. • Please note that you may order a maximum of 3 (three) items per product.يرجى ملاحظة أنه يمكنك طلب 3 (ثلاثة) أصناف كحد أقصى من كل صنف.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order for any reason, including restrictions on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in price or product information. Payment Method and Policyطريقة السداد والسياسة المتبعة

Indemnificationالتعويضات

Offers Policyسياسة العروض

For offers on a second item purchase ("buy one, get one free" or "buy two, get the third free"), the offer applies to the lowest-priced products in the shopping cart.العروض التي يتم تفعيلها على شراء المنتج الثاني (اشترِ منتجاً واحصل على الثاني مجاناً أو اشترِ منتجين واحصل على الثالث مجاناً)، يتم تطبيق العرض على المنتجات الأقل سعراً في سلة الشراء.

Order Cancellationإلغاء الطلب

• WHITES guests may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting the WHITES guest service center at 920006648.يمكن لضيوف وايتس إلغاء الطلب قبل إتمام الشحن عن طريق التواصل مع مركز خدمة ضيوف وايتس على رقم 920006648.
• No cancellation or refund of any amount related to the order can be made if the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped.لا يمكن إلغاء أو استرداد أية مبالغ مالية متعلقة بالطلب، إذا كان طلب الإلغاء بعد عملية شحن الطلب.

Order Reshipmentإعادة شحن الطلب

An order returned to us by our representatives or shipping companies — whether because the guest did not wish to receive it, or the guest could not be reached by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp — cannot be reshipped.لا يمكن إعادة شحن أي طلب تم إعادته إلينا عن طريق مندوبينا أو عن طريق شركات الشحن سواء بسبب عدم رغبة ضيفنا في استلام الطلب، أو عدم إمكانية الوصول للضيف بالاتصال أو الرسائل النصية أو واتساب.

Cancellation by White Pharmacyإلغاء الطلب من قبل وايتس فارما

White Pharmacy has the right to cancel an order in the following cases:يحق لوايتس فارما إلغاء الطلب في الحالات التالية:

• Rejection or non-acceptance of the payment transaction.رفض أو عدم قبول عملية الدفع.
• An error in the delivery address or contact information, or an inability to reach the customer.وجود خطأ في عنوان التوصيل أو معلومات الاتصال، أو تعذر التواصل مع العميل.
• Failure to receive the order within the specified period: if payment was made online for the "order and pick up from the pharmacy" service and the order is not collected within 7 days; or if cash on delivery was chosen for the same service and the order is not collected within 72 hours.عدم استلام الطلب خلال الفترة المحددة: إذا تم الدفع أونلاين لخدمة "اطلب واستلم من الصيدلية" ولم يتم استلام الطلب خلال 7 أيام. إذا تم اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام لنفس الخدمة ولم يتم استلام الطلب خلال 72 ساعة.
• Any bulk order containing more than 8 units of the same item, as directed by management.في حال أي طلب جملة يحتوي على أكثر من 8 قطع من نفس الصنف، وذلك حسب توجيهات الإدارة.

Cancellation by the Customerإلغاء الطلب من قبل العميل

The customer may cancel the order in the following cases:يمكن للعميل إلغاء الطلب في الحالات التالية:

• Before the packing stage, through their personal account on the website under "My Orders."قبل مرحلة التعبئة والتغليف، وذلك من خلال حسابه الشخصي في الموقع ضمن قائمة "طلباتي".
• Once packing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.بعد بدء التعبئة والتغليف، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب.
• If the order has not yet been shipped or delivered.إذا لم يتم شحن أو توصيل الطلب بعد.
• If cancellation occurs after the order has shipped, a cancellation fee proportional to the period between shipping and receiving the cancellation request will be charged.في حال تم الإلغاء بعد شحن الطلب، يتم فرض رسوم إلغاء تتناسب مع الفترة بين شحن الطلب وتلقي طلب الإلغاء.

Delivery Timesمواعيد التوصيل

The delivery time is set based on the date and time chosen by the customer at checkout. The delivery representative will contact the customer at the scheduled time to confirm delivery, and the order will then be delivered at the specified time and place.يتم تحديد موعد توصيل الطلب بناءً على التاريخ والوقت اللذين يختارهما العميل عند إتمام عملية الشراء عبر الموقع. يقوم مندوب التوصيل بالتواصل مع العميل في الموعد المحدد لتأكيد عملية التسليم، ثم يتم توصيل الطلب في الوقت والمكان المحددين.

First: Orders within Riyadhأولاً: طلبات مدينة الرياض

• Our WHITES delivery representative will contact the customer upon arrival at the delivery location via WhatsApp messages and calls through the app.يقوم مندوب التوصيل من وايتس بالتواصل مع العميل عند الوصول إلى موقع التسليم عبر رسائل واتساب والاتصال من خلال التطبيق.
• Contact will be attempted three times in this manner.تتم محاولة التواصل ثلاث مرات بهذه الطريقة.

Notes: If the customer does not reschedule the order within 3 days of receiving the scheduling message, the order will be automatically cancelled.
