Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return it or return some of the products, provided the following conditions are met:في غضون 14 يوماً من تلقي طلبك، يمكنك إعادته أو إعادة بعض المنتجات إذا توافرت هذه الشروط:

Where an order is returned, the value of the product(s) will be refunded to your bank account after the products are received at our warehouses, inspected, and the return accepted — within 14 business days. Order delivery fees are not refunded.في حالة إرجاع الطلب، يتم إرجاع قيمة المنتج/المنتجات على الحساب البنكي بعد أن يتم استلام المنتجات في مستودعاتنا وتفقد حالتها وقبول الإرجاع وذلك خلال 14 يوم عمل، ولا يتم استرجاع رسوم شحن الطلب.
If the products are not in their original condition, the return will be rejected.في حال كانت المنتجات بغير حالتها الأصلية، سوف يتم رفض الإرجاع.
If the order is not received, or receipt is refused after payment, the products will be returned to our warehouses within 14 business days, then the value of the product(s) will be refunded to the bank account within 14 business days. Products not returnable after receipt, for health reasons:المنتجات التي لا ترد بعد استلامها من العميل لأسباب صحية:

Exchange Policyسياسة الاستبدال
- We can only exchange a purchase if you received a product other than what you ordered, or the product received is unfit for use.
